Harvest Moon®: Echoes of Teradea Aaron, marriage candidate
Last updated 2026-10-18. Checked against the sources below.
Aaron is a base-game bachelor in Tidewind Village. Birthday: Fall 22. Favorite gift: Potted Sunlight Pansy. The first heart event requires 1 heart after Tidewind Chapter 1. The tables below give Neoseeker's reported preferences and event triggers, recorded on 18 October 2026.
Birthday and gifts
| Detail | Reported value |
|---|---|
| Birthday | Fall 22 |
| Favorite | Potted Sunlight Pansy |
| Liked gifts | Matsutake Mushroom, Akame |
| Disliked gifts | Stone, Hard Stone, Stargazy Pie |
| Source | Neoseeker: gifts and birthdays |
These are item-specific preferences, not blanket rules for crops, flowers or fish. Neoseeker reports one gift per person per day; liked gifts give twice the friendship of a neutral gift, favorites three times. On a birthday, a non-disliked gift counts as a favorite. This is guide-sourced data, not our own playtest.

Six heart events: requirements, locations and times
The first event opens after Tidewind Chapter 1, not simply after meeting Aaron. Neoseeker says each new heart level sends a letter and further friendship waits for that event. Read the letter, track its request and follow the musical-note marker.
Events 1 and 3 start by talking to the candidate. The other rows are meeting triggers, not the destination of every scene. For events 5 and 6, first give a Token of Love after event 4.
| Event | Requirement | Trigger location / action | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Heart event 1 | 1 heart; after Tidewind Chapter 1 | Talk to Aaron | No separate time window listed |
| Heart event 2 | 2 hearts | Aaron's family home | 12:00-18:00 |
| Heart event 3 | 3 hearts | Talk to Aaron | No separate time window listed |
| Heart event 4 | 4 hearts | Tidewind dock | 06:00-16:00; sunny days only |
| Heart event 5 | 5 hearts; Token of Love | Tidewind Village entrance | 06:00-23:00 |
| Heart event 6 | 6 hearts; Token of Love | Tidewind Village entrance | 06:00-23:00 |
Source: Neoseeker: Tidewind heart events, read on 18 October 2026. Neoseeker says bad weather cancels most outdoor meetings; events 1-4 wait during festivals in this candidate's town, while events 5-6 wait during festivals anywhere. A row without a time is not proof of 24-hour availability.
Where to find Aaron outside events
Tidewind Village is the sourced home location. The event table gives specific meeting points and windows, not a daily walking timetable. Weekday, weekend, rainy-day and post-story routines were not verified in the sources checked on 18 October 2026.
Background and main-story appearances
Aaron lives in Tidewind. After his father disappeared at sea he helped his mother keep the family going.
Chapter 1 has him invite you to the Fishing Zone. A Steam screenshot shows him hoping the tourism boom reaches that zone.
Rules that apply to every candidate, including Aaron
- You can marry any candidate regardless of your gender.
- You cannot marry the protagonist you are playing. The other protagonist remains eligible: Robert when you play Carol, or Carol when you play Robert. That leaves 9 eligible partners from the 10-name roster.
- The ceremony itself waits until after the staff roll.
- Neoseeker lists a Token of Love after heart event 4, followed by events 5 and 6. Tiny crafts it at the Harvest Goddess Statue Altar using 10 Red Rose and 10 Diamond; the recipe unlocks the next morning after anyone's fourth event, provided Harvest Goddess Chapter 1 is complete.
- For a proposal, Neoseeker requires heart event 6, a Level 3 house, the Blue Feather from the end of Harvest Goddess Chapter 2, and no prior proposal to someone else. Hold the feather and give it to your lover.
Source checks
On 18 October 2026 I read Neoseeker’s Gift Guide and Tidewind romance page in full. GamesHorizon independently lists Matsutake Mushroom as liked and Stone as disliked. I kept the family rescue separate from his six personal heart events. These details retain the earlier source reading from this date. A later HTTP recheck of the six Neoseeker references returned security-check pages (403), so that pass is not an independent confirmation.
